My 3rd Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Hyde

My 3rd Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Hyde

We are the result of generations of relationships. Relationships built on love & war, tension & tenderness, of happenstance. As humans we have many opportunities to empower ourselves and each other. Opportunities to establish connections that nourish ourselves and the whole. We have a responsibility to break the patterns that no longer serve us. Going to our roots and working with our ancestors and family lineage can help move forward to live our higher purpose and embody our luminous selves.

Session 1 : Journey to the Past

Session 2: Shapeshifting: Creative Family Tree building/Exploration

Session 3: Shaping the Future

We will work creatively to envision our family tree through meditation, journeying, and collaging. Please bring as much information about your family tree as you can. Also please bring personal objects for the altar and for your family tree.

We look forward to holding space for this unique approach to healing!
