Herbal Gift Making With Self-care in Mind

We all could use a little (or a lot!) of self-care right now, especially during the holidays. In this workshop herbalist Liz Neves will walk you through the steps to craft custom herbal gifts for the special people in your life (including yourself!). Using readily available ingredients, we will make 3 sensuous herbal preparations to induce a sense of peace and calm:

Bath soak

Infused oil

Lotion

You’ll receive a list of materials to have on hand so you can follow along in the crafting. The class will be recorded so that you have the option to take in the information and then make it later at your own pace.
