Throughout history, herbs and meditation have gone hand-in-hand. Buddhist monks drink tea to stay alert during long meditation sessions. Tibetan ascetics took nourishment from boiled nettles. In this experiential workshop, you'll sample and learn how to prepare teas and herbal infusions that help you stay relaxed, focused, and centered during meditation—and during your busy life. We will close the day with a brief sitting meditation—no prior experience necessary.
