Welcome to Autumn, the time of creative darkness, where we begin to spiral inward to plan and vision for next year’s light. Now is when our lives move indoors, our bodies slow down, and our minds become more contemplative. It’s also a time of receptivity, which could also mean susceptibility to illness and a case of the blues. In this hands-on experiential workshop, we’ll access the power of healing plants known for their immune-strengthening, nerve calming, and mood boosting properties. Everyone learns how to make and takes home their own mugwort anointing balm for visioning work.
