Working with dream crystals to allow us to enter the dream realm and plant seeds to manifest our dreams into realities. By learning to use dream crystals as useful tools for dreaming. Learning to program and open up the many portals that support and enhance our connections to the wakeful dreamtime realm. Also shared an introductory share on the Nine Gates of dreamtime.

I'll be guest leading this intimate parent and baby meetup at Shambhala Yoga and Dance. We'll experience herbal infusions that support healing postpartum and baby-related issues (PPD, colic, teething, etc.). We'll also finish the class with a brief open-eyed meditation.

This meet up group will be a chance for parents to connect to their community, share experiences, receive support and have fun. Avita will facilitate with some group meditation, open discussion, and 30 minutes of postnatal yoga and/or postnatal Pilates. From time to time, special guests will offer parent and baby mini-workshops such as: baby wearing, baby massage, herbal remedies for parent and child, postpartum nutrition and much more!
